The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained.

The food was an absolute disaster. The breakfast options were severely limited and of poor quality, with juices that tasted artificial. Additionally, the dining system was chaotic. we had to line up daily for restaurant reservations, often resulting in us having no choice but to eat at crowded, uncomfortable settings with poor service.

The views from the private pool in the Suite with Private Pool were pretty stellar, offering a tranquil escape right outside. The adult-only vibe keeps things low-key, making it perfect if you're looking to kick back without distractions.

Checking in took over an hour, and even then, our room wasn't ready, which made the start of our stay feel unorganized. The air conditioning struggled to keep up. humidity stuck around making it less comfortable. Plus, we didn't appreciate the unexpected service fees for room service despite it being marketed as included. Accessing other dining options across the affiliated hotel was tedious, especially since reservations required early mornings. Overall, a few minor kinks turned our stay a bit shaky and left us looking for something more fully managed.

This place suits me perfectly, offering luxury amenities like beach access, a fantastic spa & wellness centre, and a pool area. The staff truly cares. they even helped me find a lost earring! I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

hacienda at krystal grand was a lovely stay! the adult section of the pool was beautiful and consistently relaxing. the staff by the pool and in the restaurants were fantastic, especially the attentive waiters. i loved having access to some great local tequilas and beers nearby. also, the ki spa was a perfect spot for a refreshing pedicure.

It was a decent pick for a couple of nights in Puerto Vallarta, especially for the price. The staff were super friendly and always quick with the drinks by the pool, which made our stay more enjoyable. Just be ready for limited dining options and not the best food quality.

The Junior Suite was comfy with a nice layout, but the room was a bit hot, even with the AC going. Bed was awesome though, really cozy. The daily cleaning was hit or miss—sometimes they’d forget towels or didn’t clean thoroughly. Doors could be loud too. On the plus side, decent space overall and good views from the balcony. Felt relaxed, even if there were a couple of hiccups.

Exceptional Service and Relaxing Atmosphere

We just returned from a wonderful stay where the highlight was undoubtedly the service. Ivan at the Adults Only pool bar made our days by mixing delicious mango margaritas, and the poolside servers like Jorge and Alberto were incredibly attentive. While the food was decent and provided enough variety, we felt some meals could definitely be improved in terms of flavor and presentation. Overall, we enjoyed the peaceful setting but found the beach a bit crowded with vendors, making it challenging to relax there.
